Shipping and COD
• We offer free shipping Pan India for all prepaid orders while COD orders are chargeable at flat 200/- INR.
• COD orders require a 30% advance for confirmation. Our team will get in touch with you for the next steps of your order placement.
• International orders require shipping charges as mentioned below:
Order upto 14,999/- will be charged flat 1,999/-
Orders between 14,999/- to 39,999/- are charged flat 2,999/-
Free shipping on orders over 39,999/-.
• Our dispatch timeline is 10-12 days while delivery may take 3-7 working days depending on the location.
• As the recipient, you are liable of all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to.
• We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If you are not happy with your purchase you can return/exchange it provided the piece is unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Quality check will be done once we receive the product to determine its status.
• Exchanges are accepted only once with additional charges of flat 350/- INR.
• We do not provide monetary refunds. The amount of your purchase will be credited in your Baise Gaba wallet on the occasion of returns and will be valid for 6 months, applicable on your next purchase.
• Return/exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom made and sale items do not qualify for return/exchange.
