SHIPPING POLICY:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders.
- COD will be charged flat 200/- INR.
- Normally we would dispatch orders within 10-12 working days. in some cases if it takes longer time we would inform you. once your order is dispatched it usually takes 3-7 days to deliver.
- Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery location.in few locations, delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. please check your emails and sms for regular updates.
- In case you need the product by particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance, we will update you according.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- We ship worldwide. please choose your shipping zone while placing order.
- We charge flat 1,999/- for international orders upto 14,999/-
- We charge flat 2,999/- for international orders above 14,999/-

International shipping is free on orders above 40,000/-.
- Your purchase will be shipped through reliable shipping partner. please upto 3 weeks( 20-25 working days) for your package to arrive. some areas may take longer depending on customs.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you tracking information.
- As the recipient, you are liable of all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment to these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
DELAYED/MISSING PARCEL:
- All our parcels are shipped through trusted courier partners.
- Incase of delay in the delivery, kindly contact us so we can help figure out why the parcel was delayed.
- Note that once the product is dispatched from our facility it will take a few days for delivery depending on the delivery location. The period of transit is not in our control and can fluctuate due to unforeseeable reasons.
- Incase of missing parcel we will dispatch a new piece but due to the sudden mishap the time frame for delivery may vary. Kindly contact us regarding the same.
CANCELLATION:
- Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
- We tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. in case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time limit), customer is free to cancel the order and full amount will be refunded.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS:
- We offer exchange in sizes. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please send us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at support@baisegaba.com
- We will generate pick up from our end, please note return shipment cost will be borne by customer which will be let you know by our team. Exchanges are accepted only once and will be chargeable (350rps).
- If you are not happy with the product, we can accept the return provide the piece is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, no signs of perfume, once we receive the product we will do the quality check and acknowledge you.
- For returns we will provide gift card of the amount same as product purchased, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, you can use the amount for your next purchase.
- To return an order please click on cancel/return and fill required details, your return request will be submitted and further processed by our team.
- We will not entertain exchanges any later than 7 days after delivering the product. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please note exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customised orders. if you have any problem with customised orders please drop us an email at support@baisegaba.com
- Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Please note sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- Please note by purchasing from BAISEGABA™ you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.
Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)
- To process COD orders, we will require an advance amount of 30% of the total order process. Our sales team will contact you with the next steps. In case you are are in hurry, please message us through the Whatsapp chat button.
- We charge flat 200/- for COD.
- Please, note the order will only be processed after receiving the advance payment.
- COD confirmations are required within 48 hours of order placement or the order will be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY:
- Please note we do not provide any monetary refunds.
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will get your credit in your Baise Gaba account. This Credit will be valid for 6 months and it will be applicable on your next purchase.
